Each machine is equipped with four barrels spaced evenly on the periphery of a turret. As the turret rotates in one direction, the barrels rotate one turn in the opposite direction effecting a 1:1 ratio (see Above Figure). With a range of 60 to 180 R.P.M., parts and media are subjected to high centrifugal force that yields finishes 30 to 40 times faster than bowl or tub machines. Not only does this produce superior edge radius, deburring, and polishing, it can also effect stress relief in parts.

Due to the even distribution of media, water, and compound, even delicate parts such as fine jewelry and surgical instruments can be processed without distortion.

Standard Features:
  • Electronic Variable Speed Control
  • Separator
  • Process Timer
  • Parts and Media Rinse Station
  • Reverse Turret Drive
  • Heat Resistant Natural Rubber Lining

  • Incoming Water Filling and Rinsing Station
  • Stainless Steel Platform
  • Convenient Barrel Lid Holder
  • Tool-less Cam-operated Barrel Lock-bar
  • Removable Barrels
