No. 47 X Burnishing Compound

Description
This product gives outstanding and perhaps unexcelled steel media burnishing results, especially for brass, bronze and related alloys. Beautiful results are obtained on aluminum, zinc die cast parts and other items of high lead content. This product works with steel media only and is completely ineffective with other types of media.

Directions
When using this compound for the first time on steel media in vibratory or tumbling equipment, rinse the media thoroughly. Following this rinse, add compound (per mix directions below) and run the media (no parts) for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse out. The equipment and steel media will then be ready for top-notch performance.
For Flow-through systems, use 1 to 2 ounces of product per gallon of water. Set the flow rate to deliver 1 gallon of end use solution per hour for each cubic foot of vibrating container capacity. Adjust as necessary.
For Example, for a 3 cubic foot machine, meter the end use solution at a rate of 3 gallons per hour.
For Manual Addition (e.g. batch runs), add 1/2 to 1 ounce of product for each cubic foot of vibrating container capacity. Consult your RICHWOOD representative for more specific use applications, or e-mail a technician at Tech@RichwoodIndustries.com.
