All four run four barrels. The RW-6 runs on 110V single phase with no compressed air, which is why shops use it to prove a process before they buy a production unit. The RW-120 and RW-220 need three phase power and compressed air on site. Current numbers are always on the pricing page.
What moves the final price
The starting price covers the machine. Four things change the total:
- Barrel lining. Natural rubber is standard. Replaceable polyurethane costs more up front and is easier to renew later.
- Media separator. A separator unit adds $10,000 at the time of order, or $12,999 bought on its own later. If your parts and media are close in size, you will want one.
- Starter media and compound. A $950 starter kit ships the same media and compound we used to test your parts, so you can run production on day one.
- Voltage and site work. 220V versus 460V three phase, plus rigging, electrical hookup, and compressed air if the machine needs it. Those are your costs, not ours, and they are worth budgeting early.
Freight is separate. Machines ship from Gardena, California, and the RW-120 and RW-220 travel as LTL freight.
What it costs to run

Do the math on the process you are replacing, not on the sticker. A batch that takes a vibratory bowl 4 to 8 hours usually finishes in about 30 minutes in a centrifugal barrel. A shift of hand deburring at a fully loaded labor rate of $30 an hour is $240 a day, or roughly $60,000 a year for one operator.
